How would your life change if you had asthma?
It would change extremely because I would not be able to breathe properly. With proper medication asthma can be controlled.

Large Straw- 30 sec. I felt pretty good about a slower breathe
Small Straw- 25 sec. I was really feeling like somebody was covering my nose and mouth so I don't talk or breath.

Jog in place- Really good it was fun.

Small Straw- Ears popped, head hurt, couldn't really breath.
